How the coaching
actually works.

Small groups from one company (2–8 people)

Bring your real work problems. Solve them during the session. Leave with workflows you already use. The small format means conversations stay relevant to your industry, your tools, your actual work.

Coach-selected pairing

Participants are paired deliberately — often across functions. A finance analyst and a marketing manager working together on a shared problem stretches both of them and builds connections that outlast the session.

Real work only

Participants bring actual tasks from their current projects — not exercises built for a course. They leave having solved a real problem, not having practised a simulation of one.

Three progression phases

The session structure follows a clear arc, from first contact to genuine fluency.

A real task, with real pressure, in front of a coach who can see exactly where you are stuck — and pair you with someone who will help you move forward.
